Spa Receptionist
Furzefield Leisure Centre, Potters Bar
Part Time (22 hours per week)
Salary Circa £23,707.32 p/a / pro rata (£11.69 p/h)

Responsibilities include;
- Reception duties including managing the spa diary and booking system
- Greeting and checking all guests
- Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products
- maximising revenue to positively contribute to the business
- Maintaining cleanliness of the Spa facilities
- Supporting the Spa Manager with admin tasks
What we are looking for:
- A thorough knowledge of the spa industry and treatment offerings.
- The ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- A strong interest and passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work shifts, including some weekends.
- Beauty qualifications are desirable but not essential.
