An exciting opportunity is available for a full time Catering Manager to join an enthusiastic and friendly team with InspireAll to add value to the customer experience and support key teams.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a catering environment although training would be provided. You must be able to work in accordance with our shift pattern which includes some evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities include;

Ordering stock for the café.
Managing a rota of staff and delivering training for all catering staff
Dealing with food enquiries for children’s parties, including menu options, dietary requirements and catering arrangements
Working ‘hands on’ in the kitchen preparing food for the centre customers, bookings and others
Understanding and implementing food hygiene regulations to the highest standards to maintain the 5-star rating
Control of allergens
Understanding and managing catering profit and loss against the department’s annual budget

What we are looking for:

A good understanding of Food Hygiene, allergen control and high standards in customer service.
Looking for new ways to maximise the profit from the catering function
Experience in managing a team and the ability to lead and motivate others.
Managing a budget and successfully meeting financial targets
