We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual to the above position to compliment our existing management team for the Venue Leisure Centre. Reporting directly to the Area Manager your role will extend across a range of responsibilities within the facilities in Borehamwood. You will be vital in ensuring our business targets are achieved, through both planning and delivery.

This key role will include you taking responsibility of service standards, staffing, department payroll and health and safety legislations within the facilities. You will be responsible for the management of Operational staff, training and to assist other department managers to exceed financial targets and control cost where possible.

The role will include additional responsibilities as required by the Area Manager consummate with your skills, experience and the needs of the business.

You will have previous management experience in a leisure environment; hold a current NPLQ qualification, First Aid at Work Certificate, Pool Plant Operations Certificate, and instructors’ qualification. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge and experience of quality service standards and Health and Safety legislation.

This post includes shifts and weekend working.
