Full Time (39 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Manager, working with an enthusiastic and friendly team. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Fitness team and Group Exercise instructors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sites retention targets
  • Driving the diverse group exercise programme to maximising class occupancy and room utilisation.
  • Operational duties, in line with your skills, experience and the needs of the business.
  • Financial targets and you will be expected to maximise profit across your areas of responsibility.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous management experience in a leisure environment
  • A Fitness instructor qualification, National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, and Pool plant certificate.
  • The ideal candidate will also have knowledge and experience of the requirements of quality-assured systems including Quest, and Health and Safety legislation.

This post includes shift work and weekend working.
