An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Box Office Advisor to join an enthusiastic and friendly team with InspireAll.

Wyllyotts Theatre has a vacancy for a Box Office Advisor to work one or two evenings per week from 6.30pm to 9.30pm plus occasional weekend shifts and occasional daytime holiday cover by mutual agreement.

We are looking for someone who has experience of delivering exceptional customer service and can help customers purchasing tickets and enquiring about other activities at Wyllyotts.

About the job;

  • You will be required to deal with enquiries and bookings by telephone, face to face and over email and to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • You be required to assist with other duties such as checking rotas or admin tasks with the support of management and wider team.
  • You will be responsible for the cash float, cashing up and reconciliation as detailed in the centre operational procedures.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience of cash handling would be an advantage
  • Experience of customer service is essential
  • A sympathetic, patient and friendly manner
  • A flexible approach to working hours, as you will be working on a shift rota including evenings, and weekends
