BUSHEY GROVE is a high performing, modern Leisure Centre with annual turnover of around £3 million. This opportunity will provide an excellent career development opportunity into facility or business management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all the operational elements in the leisure centre, with a large workforce reporting to you.
  • Significant involvement in all elements of the facility, as requested by the Business Manager, Bushey Area.
  • Inspiring and guiding a team of supervisors duty managers across a wide set of responsibilities maintaining the highest standards throughout.
  • Supporting a small local community centre with an operational focus

What we are looking for:

  • You must have management experience in a leisure environment, including operational experience.
  • A Management Qualification such as Leisure Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
  • You will be expected to be available as and when the business requires, including working shifts and emergency call-out.
