Permanent, Full Time (39 hours per week)

Salary Circa £26,789.00 p/a (£13.21 p/h)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager, working with an enthusiastic and friendly team.

Responsibilities will include:

Planned Preventative Maintenance
Reactive Maintenance
Health and safety legislations within the facilities
Ensuring our business targets are achieved, through both planning and delivery.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience of the maintenance of buildings, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings
To be able to write a specification for work to be conducted by contractors
To have a knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
To be able to work without supervision, using initiative

This is a hands on position which includes shifts and weekend working.
